Terms and conditions


1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions made on the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) between WORLD WAY srl (hereinafter referred to as “WORLD WAY”), whose registered office is located at Avenue Louise, 367, 1050 Brussels, Belgium and which is registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0454.713.036, and any person who buys or undertakes to buy an item offered for sale on the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”). These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with WORLD WAY’s “Privacy Policy”.

1.2 Any order placed on the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, which the Customer acknowledges having read prior to placing the order.

1.3 WORLD WAY reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. However, the applicable terms and conditions will always be those in force at the date of the Customer’s order.

1.4. These general terms and conditions contain the entirety of the commitments of the parties.


2.1. The products offered for sale are those which appear on the Site, with a description of their essential characteristics, on the precise day and at the precise moment of consultation by the Customer, and within the limits of available stocks. This information is updated regularly. However, WORLD WAY is not responsible for any error in the updating of the Site, whatever its origin.

2.2 WORLD WAY takes great care in describing its Products. However, it is possible that errors may appear on the Site, which the Customer accepts. WORLD WAY will use its best endeavours to correct
any errors or omissions as soon as possible after being informed of them. The photographs, which are the exclusive property of WORLD WAY, are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered. They are therefore presented for illustrative purposes only.

2.3. To place an order for one or more Products, the Customer must follow the different steps of the procedure set up by WORLD WAY on the Site. The Customer can add as many Products as he wishes to his basket. This basket summarizes the products chosen by the Customer, as well as the prices and the related fees. The Customer may freely modify his basket during his navigation and before validating his order. Validation of the order implies acceptance by the Customer of the general terms and conditions of sale, the products purchased, the price and the associated costs. A confirmation email containing the details of the order (summary of the product(s), quantity, price, charges, method of payment, etc.) as well as the invoice will be sent to the Customer by WORLD WAY. The Customer accepts the use of electronic mail in this context. The customer must check the content of the communication as soon as possible and immediately inform WORLD WAY of any errors or omissions. The absence of a reply to the confirmation of receipt of the order shall constitute acceptance of the order and its terms and conditions.

2.4. In order to be able to take out a subscription, the Customer must first register on the Site by creating an account containing the various information concerning him/her. The Customer will then receive an email confirming his registration. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date at all times. WORLD WAY will not be held responsible for the impossibility to deliver the Products in case of an error in the Customer’s details.

2.5. The Company undertakes to honour orders placed on the website only within the limits of available stocks of Products. If the Product is not available, the Company undertakes to inform the Client as soon as possible, who will have the option of either modifying his order or cancelling it, in which case he will be reimbursed the amount of his order.

2.6 WORLD WAY reserves the right to cancel any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.


3.1 All prices are quoted in Euros and, unless otherwise stated, include VAT at the current rate applicable
in Belgium or in the country of delivery within the European Union.

3.2 WORLD WAY reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the Products will be invoiced on the basis of the
price applicable at the time the order is placed by the Customer, subject to availability.

3.3. In the case of Subscriptions, the Customer is informed that his bank account is debited around
[#] of each previous month, for delivery of the box the following month.

3.4. Payments will be made by one of the means of payment proposed at the time of the order: debit card:
Bancontact , credit card: Mastercard, Visa or Paypal account.

3.5. In order to allow the Customer to make purchases in complete security, payments by bank card are made with
the secure payment service provider, [Stripe , Paypal]. When paying for an Order online, the Customer is automatically transferred to the bank’s server via a secure SSL transaction.
The Paypal payment solution is also 100% secure. The exchange of sensitive information between the Customer and the [#] website is therefore done
without WORLD WAY’s knowledge. After validation of the payment, the Customer will be automatically transferred back to the Site.

3.6. No order will be accepted or processed without a valid payment in the name of the registered holder.

3.7. If your card issuer refuses payment, WORLD WAY will not be liable for any delay in the execution or delivery of the order.


4.1. Orders are processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Deliveries are made by the following services [bpost,dhl,post gdlux,colissimo,tnt], depending on the option chosen by the Customer when validating his/her Order. The applicable delivery charges are those mentioned on the Site at the time of the Order.

4.2. The products and boxes ordered will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when creating his/her personal account on the Website within the framework of a subscription and according to the delivery method chosen by him/her when
validating his/her order. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.

4.3. Delivery times are given as an indication when the order is placed and depend on the delivery method chosen by
the Customer (Be Post, Mondial Relais, DHL, etc.). WORLD WAY shall not be liable for any delay in delivery that
is not caused by WORLD WAY or is justified by force majeure.


5.1. In accordance with the law, the Customer-consumer has the right to cancel the order placed on the Site within 15 days from the day after the delivery date, without reason and without penalty. This does not apply to personalised items or items made to the Customer’s specifications.

5.2. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer-consumer must send an e-mail to the following address:, mentioning the order number and the account number on which the refund is to be made. They will receive an e-mail confirming the return and indicating the
return process.

5.3. The exercise of this right implies the obligation to return the Products whose order has been cancelled within
15 days of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The
items must be intact and must not have been used or damaged in any way.

5.4. The return is at the Customer’s risk and expense. The return address is World Way Srl, Avenue
Louise 367, 1050 Brussels.

5.5. The Customer will be reimbursed, via the method of payment used, for the amount of the product(s) as soon as possible
and at the latest within 14 days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised, provided that
WORLD WAY has received the product(s) in perfect condition and in their original packaging.


All goods delivered to the Customer remain the property of WORLD WAY until final and full payment of all sums due for such goods.


7.1 WORLD WAY is only obliged to deliver products that comply with the contractual provisions. The Products shall be
deemed to be in conformity if the following conditions are met: (1) the Products are in conformity with the
description and possess the essential characteristics detailed on the Web Site; (2) they are suitable for the purposes for
which products of this kind are generally designed, (3) they meet the quality and
resistance criteria which are generally accepted for this type of products and which can reasonably be expected.

7.2. Upon receipt of the order, the Customer undertakes to check the content, conformity and condition of the order. He
shall immediately report any anomaly found.

7.3. All products sold by WORLD WAY benefit from the legal guarantees provided by articles 1641 and following of the
Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it can be returned without expenses to WORLD WAY which will
will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All claims must be made by email to the following address [].


In the event of an event of force majeure preventing the execution of these conditions, WORLD WAY  will immediately inform the Customer by email.
The following circumstances shall be considered as force majeure: war, unrest, strike, lock-out, both on the part of WORLD WAY and
its subcontractors and service providers , fire, equipment failure, computer viruses or bugs, interruption or failure of means of
communication and transport, bad weather, epidemic, pandemic, difficulties in the supply of
raw materials , materials and energy as well as restrictions or prohibitions imposed by the authorities, and any other
event beyond the control of the parties preventing the normal execution of the contractual relationship.
All obligations of the parties shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, without
compensation. If the event continues for more than three months, the transaction concerned may be terminated at the
request of one party without compensation. Failure to pay shall not constitute force majeure.


All elements of the Site are and remain the exclusive property of WORLD WAY. No reproduction, exploitation or
use in any capacity whatsoever, even partial, of the elements of the Site (texts, photos, layout) is authorised.


The personal data of the Clients is processed in accordance with our “Personal Data Processing Policy”.


The sale of the products is subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, any dispute
relating to the interpretation of these conditions, the execution or breach of a sale, the interpretation,
execution or termination of these conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Brussels.


The present general conditions form a whole but if, for any reason whatsoever, one of the clauses were to
be declared null and void or unequal, only this one would be considered as unwritten; the other clauses remaining
fully and imperatively applicable to the parties.
